Foundation of a firm in Cyprus

Name of the corporation

You have to choose an appropriate name for the corporation. Names which already exist and which contain a geographical description can not be used. The name of the corporation has to end with Limited or with Ltd. We would be pleased to help you to find the right name for your corporation.

Shareholders

The corporation has to have at least one shareholder from whom we need the name, nationality, address, profession and the number of shares.

Director

There is no limited number of directors. From the director we also would need the name, address, profession and nationality.

Business activity

The business activity has to be listed and if you employ employees you need the residence permit and an office in Cyprus. If you want to open an office we can help you doing it.
